Part 1. Tasting of 3 differently aged Roccaverano DOP paired with 3 local wines from Agliano Terme

Part 2. Roccaverano DOP as an ingredient for cooking – tasting of 3 plates cooked with Roccaverano DOP paired with 3 wines by Agliano winemakers. All plates will be cooked by Gianni Bonadio, chef of the Cooking School “AFP Colline Astigiane”

Parte 3. Q&A session, open wine-tasting counter – we invite you to share your opinion and your experience in the hospitality business during the wine-tasting of the high quality wines of Agliano Terme
